• Listing information, including product photos, descriptions, prices, and location details.
• Seller verification documents, when you choose to complete identity verification.
• Usage and device information needed to operate, secure, and improve the app.
• In-app communications, which may be reviewed to support safety and moderation.
• Payment information processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card details.

2. How we use information

• To provide and improve the app’s features.
• To verify seller identity and help prevent fraud and abuse.
• To process premium subscriptions and listing promotions.
• To send service notifications and security alerts.
• To meet applicable legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the app (including Firebase and Razorpay), subject to appropriate safeguards, or where required by law.

4. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting support@trustsell.in. Indian users may also have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

5. Security

We use security measures and Firebase infrastructure to help protect information. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
